Services: The adaptation and development of programs and procedures to support full safety and security operations at the new Inchon International Airport. Services to include surveys of existing domestic and other international airports; risk analysis, threat and vulnerability assessments; design evaluations; security plans/procedures development; requirements definition; manpower analysis; crisis management analysis; functional requirements development; and long-term phasing/development security plans
