Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysia –
Security Requirements Analysis and Airport Security Program


Description: Performed detailed Requirements Analysis for new airport to include technical, procedural, policy, and physical requirements. Also worked closely with administrative and security personnel to develop new Airport Security Program (ASP) in conformance with national and international standards.
Client: Malaysian Government
Type Contract: Subcontractor to Sapura/Tomen/Harris Consortium
Services: Preparation of documents (i.e., Security Requirements Analysis and Airport Security Program) for the new airport that served as the basis for the subsequent security system design and to establish security policies in compliance with ICAO and national standards. The services included extensive reviews of the existing airport systems, procedures, and policies, along with a detailed review of plans for new airport, to determine the most effective levels of security for the new airport.
