Prepare a detailed action plan including an implementation schedule for all safety and security measures in order for Indonesian airports to operate close to or at par with international standards at some of the best airports around the world. Assess current security and safety systems and procedures, identify deficiencies, and recommend a program for the upgrade of safety and security at Indonesian airports. Develop an investment program and a financing plan for the recommended upgrades.
