Review port security dispositions at the Port of Chittagong and make recommendations to ensure compliance with ISPS, and to ensure the proper integration of container scanners in the overall security regime at the port. Define the demand for and characteristics of scanners needed, and the location, process and procedures required for their operation as part of the port's security regime. Prepare procurement documents consistent with the demand analysis and with applicable procurement rules.
