Security Master Plans for the Abu Dhabi International Airport
Description: Development of Systems Integration and Security Master Plans for the Expansion of Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Client: Supervision Committee for the Expansion of Abu Dhabi International Airport, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Type Contract: Sub-Contractor to Good Harbor Consulting, LLC
Services: Preparation of an IT Systems Integration Plan (SIP) and a Security Master Plan (SMP) for Abu Dhabi International Airport. These plans are required to be "visionary" in anticipating ADIA's IT needs as it expands to its full capacity by 2030.

The SIP establishes a roadmap for modular development of an integrated communications backbone that will support ADIA current and maximum anticipated needs. ASI is currently planning integration engineering services that include reviewing legacy systems and new systems designs, defining airport-wide systems specifications, defining training requirements, and analyzing future communications requirements.

The SMP provides guidance for the integration of an airport-wide integrated security system to expand in incremental phases as the airport expands, international (ICAO, EU, and US) security requirements and expectations increase, and threat level changes.
